The Bribery Act 2010 came into energy on 1st July 2011. The Act is wide ranging and covers both the public and private sectors. This article looks at the four fresh criminal offences that are covered by the Act as well as looking at the consequences of finding yourself charged and convicted with one of these fresh offences.
