This article discusses the action that a mediation procedure usually follows. Unlike taking a dispute to court, when two parties capture their disagreement to a mediator the action of coming to an agreement does not demand to be extremely rigid and formal. On the contrary, since the philosophy behind the mediation procedure is based on helping parties employment outside their differences without the demand for a third party to constitute a choice, there is a relatively large amount of flexibility built into the system.
