Why Credit Card Debt Buyers Can Never Win – Should Never, That Is

If you are sued over a credit card debt by a corporation you have never heard of, don’t worry. The corporation is a debt buyer – a corporation which buys defaulted credit card debt – and debt buyers should never beat you in at trial in a credit card lawsuit. Why? Since they can’t prove that you owe them a dime! More specifically, they can’t prove the amount of your debt, and they can’t prove that you owe that debt to THEM. These are serious weaknesses. So all you demand immediately, is for your judge to apply the code. It happens.
