Is your corporation being led with an agile mindset or by a narcissistic idealist? We have all heard the phrases “That’s how we’ve always done it” or “If it isn’t broke, don’t fix it.” Sadly, it’s my belief that these two simple phrases are setting corporations on a track for disaster.
