The H1b visa is a type of US employment, non-immigrant visa which can be obtained by non-US citizens. The program offers working visas for international professionals and students who wanted to study and live in the United States. The issuance of this visa is powered by the Immigration and Nationality Act (Section 101 A15H). The regulation is limited to professionals practicing the following fields and areas of expertise: engineering, architecture, mathematics, physical and social sciences, education, health, code, medicine, accounting, business, biotechnology, theology, and the arts.
