Firstly let me affirm there are many blogs and articles outside there which will talk about how small business is lagging behind, unable to catch up with the larger boys who embraced usability testing years ago. In my belief there is some truth in this in the same path five or six years ago it was nearly impossible to obtain the web design and management capabilities we capture for granted today. Any one can immediately choose from a huge range of basic and comprehensive web solution packages, spending as much or as small as you like. The same is fair with usability testing however i don’t reckon its the complete picture. If you inquiry me it is a lack or awareness combined with the hardly any testing user products available to small business that just don’t divide it.
