The EB 5 Visa is issued to those foreign nationals who are willing to invest into the US economy in terms of funds as well as creation of employment. One of the ways of doing this is to invest in a regional center program designated by the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). This program is quite alike to many successful investment-employment based programs in the United Kingdom, Australia and Canada, to designation a hardly any nations. Consider this: Of the 10,000 EB 5 Visas issued annually in the USA, 3000 are reserved for those investing through regional centers.
