Get outside of your comfort zone or replying fully on your insurance to sort outside anything that might go incorrect and do a complete inspection on your house. It is not the insurance brokers responsibility to gaze after your house. They are just there to aid you when things go incorrect. It is your job to prevent those things from going incorrect in the first place.
