Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a whole area of expertise that is often ignored. It is assumed that the Sales Representative goes outside, sees the clients, gets the orders (Hopefully) and writes a sales report. This sales report is then punched into a machine and produces a sales summary once every reporting cycle.
