If your firm is not achieving controlled profitable growth at a rate of 20% per year or more, if you are struggling to find and retain top-notch staff, if advisors are working harder to keep less, if fees are an issue with your clients, if you feel you are struggling to maintain mediocre growth – doing what you’ve always done will only constitute more of the same.
