Recently, I received a call from a lady who needed financial aid to commence a business. She had done a ‘reverse mortgage’ on her house to acquire some land to employ for a business thought. I learned that she was in her seventies, had very small income and no savings however wanted so desperately to leave a legacy for her adult children.
