Road traffic code in the UK states that perilous driving offences are defined by two main aspects. Firstly anyone could be considered a perilous driver if they are in control of a vehicle however seem to have the inability to propel in a safe manner. Secondly, if someone is driving a vehicle that seems to be perilous and deemed not road worthy, they can also be charged for perilous driving since of the danger they pose to other motorists (for example, their automobile could be unsafe which caused their to wheel fall off and cause a accident).
