The statistics are staggering and still attractive pathetic when it comes to the number of women in ability and leadership roles, in executive and corporate positions, salary discrepancies and the like. It’s simple to blame the ‘glass ceiling’ and the ‘ancient boys club’ however when it comes fair down to it, it’s imaginable that we women might just be resisting our own corporate success.
