Let’s Take the Family Out of Business

Consider this inquiry for a moment: If you were on an airplane, would you rather it was flown by a very competent pilot, or a member of the pilot’s family? Of direction, you’d desire the pilot to be competent and family affiliation be damned. The message here is specifically for those with companies owned by families or companies who have family members as employees. If you have family members in your corporation, you demand to proceed with caution and know that there are clear pitfalls.
