I have seen companies who go outside of their path to constitute employees from other countries feel at house. From finding them a place to stay or by providing data on where the employees can find aliment, bars and human beings from their house nation or providing telephone cards and Internet access so they can communicate with their friends and family back house. I have also seen other companies not welcome fresh employees, not provide any type of orientation to their fresh megalopolis/nation and leave the fresh employee floundering when there are problems.
