A contract is an agreement between two or parties to be bound by a legal relationship. Typically there will be one person who will constitute an offer and other who will accept the offer. The person making the offer is called the offeror and the person accepting the offer is usually referred to as the offeree. There are circumstances where once the agreement is made the contract cannot be fulfilled as there are circumstances that breach the contract. These circumstances includes non performance, repudiation, misrepresentation, mistake, duress and undue influence.
