The administration-sponsored Minor Trust Fund (CTF) has been very instrumental in ensuring that there is adequate supply of cash to support the minor when demand arises. Every newborn minor receives a 250 Pound Minor Benefit voucher, to be invested in a minor trust account. Children from disadvantaged backgrounds get an additional 250 Pounds.
