Workers who are experiencing maltreatment in the office often have doubts on whether they are discriminated against or are simply not qualified for that promotion. Unlike harassment, the complainant demand not familiarity being the subject of hurtful tirades and comments made by his officemate to familiarity discrimination. Here are situations where discrimination is apparent: Application – A worker who has met all the requirements and has bigger qualifications than other applicants can still be rejected from a job position that he is applying for since of the discrimination of the person in-charge.
