No one wants to constitute a claim against their own employer, however sometimes it is just unavoidable, exceptionally if an employee needs to capture age off employment, or much worse unable to giveback to employment since of an injury caused at employment which was not their fault. All employers should legally be insured for any claims that may be bought against them for accidents caused at employment, so in effect; it isn’t the employer who will pay outside the compensation however the insurance corporation.
