Acquire order is a document made by the buyer showing the quantity, type and the prices agreed on the services or products to the seller as per the requirements of the buyer. When the buyer sends the acquire order to the seller, then it is a legal document for purchasing the services or products of the seller. Acceptance of this commercial document completely depends on the seller and the contract is formed only when the document is accepted by the seller.
