Organising a convention can seem like an extremely tough task if you haven’t ever accomplished it before. You’ll probably be operating in unfamiliar surroundings at a conference centre remote from your workplace or normal working environment and you might not have all of your usual equipment and tools present. This can be rather disconcerting since the only tools and equipment you will be able to constitute employ of are those you’ve brought along with you or whatever the conference centre may provide.
