Some businesses go with the cheapest serviced office suite they can find since saving money is top priority. For a business that communicates with clients completely through telephone or Internet this may be adequate, however for those that demand to constitute contact with the outside earth from their serviced office suite, selecting based on value alone is nearly always a disastrous mistake.
