Many leaseholders starting the leasehold extension action are tempted to capture an aggressive approach towards their freeholder demanding their legal fair to an extension. They will place an offer before the freeholder and expect them to capture it. The freeholder however is under no obligation to accept whatever you propose, so reckon twice before you constitute the same mistake.
