You’ve given an employee constructive critical feedback to fair their performance. You have also given the employee positive feedback when they are doing well. However, they just don’t seem to be getting the message. After corrective feedback, their performance improves for awhile and then detiorates again. And, immediately there has been a more serious incident that must be addressed. Clearly a verbal warning is required.
