Directors have an enormous amount of responsibility within a business. Often a large corporation will have a Board of Directors, which is a collection of human beings elected to head the corporation or organisation, often by the shareholders. Directors are the highest ability of authority within a corporation or business and are generally lead by the Chief Executive Officer or CEO.
