In the medical field, liability insurance for CNA’s is simply protection from malpractice. Not all places of employment offer this type of insurance, however there are many that are immediately beginning to offer it. There are much some nurse’s and staff members that are buying their own types of insurance to protect themselves in the condition of a terrible situation should arise.
