Yesterday someone questioned me a inquiry “Can you really teach reception skills in one day”? My answer to that inquiry is yes, training human beings to employment well in a reception environment is all about communication. Not just communication between the individual and the person on the other end of the telephone or the client who walks through the door, however communication within the corporate environment between employee and employer.
