Let me be the first to tell you – aid is here, there is hope! There is a solution to every difficulty. The vital body is figuring outside that solution and implementing it. (And no, I don’t affirm this meaninglessly; as most politicians do… my words are for absolute.) Much of this dread stems from uncertainty about the prospect. And a certain-fire path of reducing this dread is to have a certain picture of the prospect and to know what to do IMMEDIATELY to paint that picture clearly.
