In an ancient advertise by Mark Pollard, he mentions that one body he looks for in human beings is action – what a person, driven by curiosity, does. He wants a person who at least makes an attempt (regardless of the outcome) rather than someone who only talks in theory. He says, and I quote, “I desire to know what you tried and failed at. There’s rich insight in those failures.” However most companies seem to capture the opposite approach: they are more interested in learning about what someone did fair and what he/she has accomplished so far.
