The contemporary economic climate should be viewed as a “boom” for baby boomers and society at large. Boomers are reinventing retirement by reentering the workforce which drives up income growth, both individually and generally, while driving down costs associated with a potential ‘never-before-experienced’ burden on the pension systems.
