A fresh bankruptcy code that came into effect in October 17, 2005 bought with it major changes in the bankruptcy structure with some taking place immediately and others 180 days after the code was passed by congress and signed into code. With this fresh code, it has become much more dense for anyone seeking to file a bankruptcy claim to provide the evidence of their bankruptcy and seek the allowance to pay debts in a legal state of bankruptcy.
