The list of data that is required as evidence by the Attention Quality Commission for annual registration and then ongoing compliance is immense. One key area of evidence required relates to training of staff members; the CQC assessors and inspectors will expect to see that healthcare providers have an annual training plot in place that covers all of the necessary training requirements for the specific specialty that the healthcare provider works within. In addition, annual training on data governance, quality, clinical governance, manual handling, and fire training will be required.
