The Attention Quality Commission (CQC) has assigned one of their essential standards to the issue of consent; specifically outcome 2, entitled: Consent to Attention and Treatment. The regulation itself requires the registered person to have suitable arrangements in place for obtaining, and acting in accordance with, the consent of supply users.
