Collaboration is a term that is being used more and more in a number of arenas in society. It refers to groups of individuals with have common goals who employment together to identify issues, consider options and come up with a creative plot that will improve the situation of the parties involved. In recent years, for example, there has been a growing movement that has taken divorcing individuals outside of a litigation imitation where a judge who is a “weirder” to them makes decisions for their family.
