All organisations should be aware of their responsibilities to adhere to robust Data Governance standards. As a large public sector organisation, the NHS is governed by a clear locate of Data Governance (IG) standards that should be adhered to, and against which an annual declaration of compliance should be submitted by all NHS organisations. This includes Dentists, Common Practitioners, PCTs, Sectors and Acute Hospitals.
