One of the largest problems for importers and exporters of parcels is the amount of paperwork that is required and the number of different rules pertaining to each nation concerned. The difficulties are sometimes due to the product itself, and sometimes from the intricacies of the bureaucracy of the nation concerned and sometimes from an ancient fashioned desire to constitute importing as dense as imaginable in order to protect their own suppliers. In many cases immediately there are quota restrictions from certain markets into various countries.
