The U.S. regulators are making changes in the existing incentive payment action and according to the fresh changes the firms can introduce the risk factor into the incentive system. According to the insiders this is targeted at the top executives of the huge companies initially, as a result of this most of them might find half of their incentive pays deferred for certain.
