It seems like human beings are suing each other for just about any and everything under the sun. I mean there was one guy who tried to sue himself (that’s fair, himself) over a misspelling of his designation! Inquiry: What do you reckon happens when someone wins a civil condition? Answer: Absolutely nothing. The court’s responsibility is ONLY to hear the details and see any evidence presented in the condition, ultimately making a final judgment in favor of either the plaintiff or the defendant. Civil cases usually have a dollar amount involved. So if a person wins, let’s affirm five thousand dollars, the court does NOT send him or her a check in the letter. It is that individual’s obligation to collect believe it or not.
