Most human beings do not realize that the state of Delaware is an open carry state when it comes to firearms. By this I mean that it is perfectly legal for a Delaware citizen to openly carry a handgun for self defense and no license what-so-ever is required. A quick call to the Delaware Attorney Common’s Office can readily confirm these facts.
