In a national survey lawyers bemoan the degree to which their formal code education failed to prepare them to become business human beings who could present and promote themselves effectively and authentically. The majority of respondents felt they had to learn on their own how to locate up a code practice, interact with clients properly, and market themselves to constitute their practice a thriving concern.
