Connecting for Health produces an online Data Governance (IG) submission toolkit which is used by NHS Providers, independent healthcare providers and any other organisation that manages or uses patient identifiable data. The toolkit is used by these organisations as a method of declaring the level of Data Governance compliance their organisation displays, against a list of key IG statements that the NHS Connecting for Health organisation feels should be seen at all times.
