I am wanting to know about Austin Davis who has a commercial real estate training program. His CREprogram is on sale right now and I have been wanting to try it for a while now. I have done a lot of searching for reviews on his program and for the most part people have good things to stay about him. I have got a lot of feedback so far from people with good things to say.
I have found a few other students in his program who had good things to say about it. I am looking to find other investors too. I did find a Austin Davis Review page on squidoo with lots of feedback from users of his program. I am impressed so far by what I have heard. I have $30k saved that I will be able to use. I am wondering if his program will work for me.
I am willing to give it a try, but wanted to ask my readers first for input. I like that Austin is selling his program for less than other gurus. I have a back ground in residential real estate, but that market has gone south. I am going to plan to start investing in commercial property.
The commercial market for real estate is ideal for buyers. I would like to get a property in the next 6-9 months. That will give me plenty of time to get my first deal done.
I would like to focus on property with 30-60 units. I am looking to do a deal with the property already setup and cashflowing. I do not want to have to manage the property on my own. I really want to get a deal with management already in place. I have no interest in any thing but investing in property. I do not want to be a manager. I am planning to only do deals for property in good shape. I just want to buy good as is property.
